# How to cancel your meetergo subscription

If you need to cancel your paid meetergo subscription, you can do so at any time by switching back to the Free plan. Your account will remain active with all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

## How to cancel your subscription

1. Navigate to the [Billing](https://my.meetergo.com/admin/subscription) page
2. Click on "**Switch" **on** **Switch to Basic

After you confirm this change, your subscription will automatically transition to the Free plan when your current billing period ends. Until then, you'll continue to have full access to all your paid features and Meeting Types.

## Want to delete your account?

Canceling your subscription keeps your meetergo account active on the Free plan. If you want to completely remove your account and all associated data, you'll need to delete your account instead.
