# Information on the Authenticity of Customer Reviews


## 1. Verification Measures at meetergo

### Automated Security Systems:

* Reviews can only be submitted after booking/completing an appointment
* Verification link sent per appointment via SMS/email
* Automatic plausibility check of timestamp and appointment reference

### Manual Checks:

* Deletion of non-referenced reviews within 48 hours
* Content validation in case of discrepancies with the service experience
* Logging of all review access (IP, device ID, timestamp)

### ProvenExpert Synchronization:

* Import only of certified reviews with Trusted Shops verification
* Daily validation check of review authenticity
* Display of the ProvenExpert quality seal for synchronized reviews
